As Therapists ourselves, we understand how important it
is to get your therapy, courses, workshops or products "out there"
to the general public, in a sympathetic, supportive and non-competitive
atmosphere. So we started to organise our own Mind, Body and Spirit Festivals
around Merseyside. MoonStone has grown steadily and organically since then
and we now have a large data base of regular Exhibitors and a mailing list of
1500 (and growing) Festival visitors.
Advertising
We believe that advertising is one of the keys to a successful Festival and a
lot of our budget is earmarked for advertising in the local press, holistic
magazines and newsletters, leaflet drops in the local area and a pre-Festival
mailshot to over 1500 previous Festival Visitors. This has ensured that the
numbers of Festival visitors has grown steadily over the years. We also work
in conjunction with other Mind Body Spirit Festival organisers to support and promote each
others Festivals.

Venues
Another important factor is the right venue. It is so important for the venue
to be easily accessible, wheelchair friendly, have convenient car parking,
refreshment facilities and to "feel right" The venues we have
for 2008 "feels right" and we are pleased to have our old
favourite, Crosby Civic Hall, (Crosby). Other venues and Festivals may be added at a later
date and we will update this site accordingly.

Free Talks
At Crosby Civic Hall we are pleased to offer a
series of short, free talks and workshops during the day. If you are an
Exhibitor and would like to give a short talk or workshop, then please let us
know when you book your stand and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Crosby Civic Hall Stand Prices
We offer three types of Stand:
Sales Stand
One 6ft X 2ft Trestle Table plus 2 or more chairs - £45.00
Therapy Stand
One 6ft X 2ft Trestle Table plus 2 or more chairs plus extra space for a
therapy bed - £55.00
Large Stand
Two 6ft X 3ft Trestle Tables plus 2 or more chairs - £75.00

Electricity Supply
If you require electricity, please indicate this on the booking form and
please bring with you a long, multiplug extension lead as you may be required
to share a socket. We do not charge extra for electricity, but we do need to
know in advance if it is required so that we can organise this into the Floor
plan. We will do our very best to accommodate special requests i.e. wall
space etc. However, sometimes it is simply not possible.

Opening Hours
All our Festivals (unless otherwise notified) open to the public at 10.30 am
and close at 5.00 pm. We are usually at the venue from 8.30 onwards. We ask
that the Stands are ready for 10.30 when the public is allowed in. We also
ask that each Stand is covered by a cloth, but if you forget to bring one, we
usually have an emergency supply of banqueting roll. Please do not dismantle
your Stand before 5.00 pm

How to Book
Please print off and complete the Booking Form and send it, with your payment to: MoonStone, 11 Stirling Avenue, Crosby, Liverpool, L23 0QR.
Please make cheques payable to "MoonStone"
When you
have booked your Stand, we will confirm receipt of your payment and booking
form. We will send you an Exhibitors Pack, including a floor plan and the
location of your Stand, the week prior to the Festival. Please also let us
know if you require a map.
We reserve
the right to change details on the floor Plan without prior consultation with
the Exhibitor. We reserve the right to refuse admission without reason.
